A place to land, no matter what brought you here
Whether it's suicide distress, domestic violence, grief, trauma, or just feeling lost, this is somewhere to land when you don't know where else to go.
We're a peer-led registered charity. Everything is offered by donation or at no cost, made possible by the community that stands behind us.
OUR VALUES
We bridge the gap by providing support when you most need it
A community where nobody struggles in silence or feels failed by services and systems. Helping community members feel safe, heard and supported through connection, compassion and hope. Building a community where reaching out feels welcomed and natural.
OUR MISSION
Walking alongside, not waiting for crisis
We walk alongside our community to help those struggling quietly; whether that's before crisis or during it. We bring lived experience, deep listening, advocacy, and compassion. You are met exactly as you are, without judgement, and with a connection that makes hope feel possible.
Mind Matter Community Sessions
We’re building free, welcoming groups where people can connect, feel heard and get gentle support each week.
Peer-led drop-ins
Regular community drop-ins. Join us for a cuppa. No registration required, just show up and seek connection and support from people who understand.
Drop-in is at the Lakeview Room, Tramshed Narrabeen, Tuesdays from 6:30pm.
Grief support workshops
Gentle, safe, facilitated spaces for people navigating loss. Just come as you are and be met with mutual understanding, connection, compassion, and care. First Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm, Lakeview Room, Tramshed Narrabeen.
Community connection events
Open gatherings for anyone who needs a cuppa and connection. Shared food, warmth, and a space to talk, sit quietly, or simply be around others without pressure.
Wellbeing and grounding sessions
Small, accessible groups offering breathwork, somatic practices, Reiki, sound, and other gentle modalities to help you regulate, reconnect, and feel safe.
"When Kerry and Jodie hold space for you, it feels like the warmest hug. It's that rare, grounding kind of presence where you immediately exhale, knowing you can finally put down whatever heavy things you've been carrying. I felt totally nurtured.
"Kerry's sessions helped me feel better in that really tough first part. I hd never done reiki, and wouldn't call myself a 'believer', but her reiki sessions calmed my symptoms and lifted a weight immediately. It gave me hope that I can fix this."
“Many people who’ve felt unseen or unable to connect elsewhere find they can with Kerry, because she meets them with real depth, lived experience, authenticity, kindness, and a compassion with a presence that feels safe and real.”
